corneal neuropathy with dry eyes

I'm in so much pain with my eyes from staring at the work laptop working from home, it's horrific. I think my corneal nerves have become damaged due to eyes being so dry from aqueous deficiency and MGD.

Long term lotemax use to treat damaged corneal nerves?

Hi, I have been using lotemax once per day for 4 months since I was told it was the only way to treat damaged corneal nerves (combined with serum drops)

I'm very worried about it since I've read that using it long term is dangerous

I've been getting my eye pressure checked...
 

Very tough

Started to have dry eyes 3 months ago.
Pain. Cannot stand wind. At work air conditioning is tough.
Gets strong at night, last night slept 2 hours.
First I have been told that I have mild dry eyes.
But last time I went to the doctor he understood I suffer.
He was pessimistic...
 

Prokera

Sorry as I'm sure this has been asked before.
I'm looking for somewhere in the UK/ Europe where I would be able to get Prokera.

I'm also interested if anyone has been able to get xiidra in the UK?

Or is it a case of travelling to America..

Schirmer Test and glands are fine but lipid layer thin
