Eyelash in eye

Hi,

I don't know what to do. Since the worsening of my blepharitis I get more eyelashes/eyebrow hairs coming out than normal. Tonight I got one in my eye and it was super painful. But when I tried to get it out I could barely see it..it's very thin and it looked white. Normally what I do...
 

Eye drops that increase mucin production?

I read something online about what they called second generation eye drops that help your eyes product more mucins. Are any drops that do this available yet. Or is this speculation for the future?...

I'm looking for best best dry eye specialist to see in the UK, any recommendations welcome. Currently based in London and have seen several self proclaimed 'world-renowned' dry eye ophthalmologists that specialist in dry eye including moorfields, harley st etc who have all been useless...
 

Years of Dry Eye

In my mid 20's,I took Accutane and that is the cause of my dry eyes.That was over 30 years ago.I have used all kinds of drops,had plugs put in(didn't help)even tried Restasis(also didn't help).Recently have an optometrist who is a dry eye specialist,who has helped me more than any other doctor I have...

Has anyone heard of these before? And has anyone tried them?

Seems to be very little information on them, but if they are more efficient than other warm compresses, that is hopeful.

Wiley X Airrage still provides a good moisture chamber?

I've been reading some reviews about Wiley X airrage glasses. I like the style and have a small face so may fit me well. But the threads on here that discuss them state that they changed the foam gasket on them a few years back and are no longer as thick. Do they glasses still give good protection?...
 

Things that help me for my dry eyes

Hi!
I'm Ewa and I'm 36. And according to my eye doctor I have mild to moderate dry eye syndrome.
I want to share with you my way to deal with this problem.

I used 3 different eye drops, preservative free of course. A few months ago they helped me, but this time - not so much....
