Hi, I’m a new patient. I have mild dry eye. My eyes only bother me about four times a day. My wife, however, has severe dry eye and has tried many many drops and is now thinking of punctal plugs . I’m a little worried about these and she is too. Has anyone had any experiences with These?...

My ocular diagnoses are:
Meibomian gland disease in my right eye, Keratoconjunctivitis sicca bi-lateral, monocular vision, dry eye syndrome, and corneal edema in my right eye.
