Blepharitis complications?

So I've been recently diagnosed with blepharitis and I'm quite new to all of this. My symptoms are as follows:

- loss of eyelashes
- red and swollen eyelids (mostly left eye)
- white particles in my eyelashes
- very dry eyes (think I got a 2 on schirmer test with the yellow...
